Airclub is conducting a voluntary recall of its 2 in 1 Bedside Crib
Zhangzhou Qiangxing Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd dba AirClub is conducting a voluntary recall of certain AirClub Convertible Bassinets
Consumers should stop using the AirClub convertible bassinets immediately and contact AirClub for a replacement attachment mechanism. Consumers should cut off the two original straps (L-shape
straps). If you have any doubts or are unsure which part to cut, please email the supporting team.
Hazard
The recalled convertible bassinets violate the mandatory standard for bedside sleepers because the mechanism used to attach the product to the adult bed creates an opening, posing a deadly fall hazard to infants.

Instruction of repairing
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Airclub 2 in 1 Baby Bedside Crib, Model QX-831 and contact Airclub for rectification instructions. Consumers will be asked to send to support@airclub-baby.com information as follows:
- A photo of the recalled product.
- A photo of the original attached strap of the recalled product marked with "Recalled" in a permanent marker.
- Send an email to support@airclub-baby.com with the subject line: Recall of Airclub 2 in 1 Baby Bedside Crib. Please include your order number, purchase channel, product model, and the required photos as stated above.

REPLACE PARTS
We will replace the 2 L-shape straps (with buckles) in the original product with new replacement parts provided. This replacement is aimed at solving the distance problem between the product and parent’s bed.

What is the issue with the bassinet?
When the product is attached to the parents' bed using the original fixing straps, variations in bed styles may cause size-related gaps at the connection point, and the straps may become loose, resulting in an insufficiently tight fit between the product and the bed, or even complete separation.
Where can I find the model number on my bassinet?
The product model number is printed on the bottom of the product, the tracking label and the packaging. Please refer to the image demonstrated in the Recalled Product instruction from Airclub.
